Dr. Brad is a 1995 graduate of Parker College, and received his undergraudate education from Howard, Midland & Odessa Junior Colleges. He has done post-graduate education with the American Academy of Manual & Physical Medicine, Texas A&M Univeristy-2000 specializing in Accident & Collision Reconstruction, as well as, a multitude of seminars incluing13 Parker Seminars over the past 23 years and many others including Research, Neurology & MUA trainings. He has been a resident of Rockport since October of 1996. He and his wife, Dr. Stacy, have been married for 20 years and have two young ladies, Maddy & Karys. He enjoys time with his family, traveling, interval training and helping his patients acheive optimal health.

Dr. Stacy is a 1995 graduate of Parker College, as well, and received her undergraduate education from Texas State, UT-Austin, & ACC. She has done post-graduate education in Research, Neurology, MUA and Billing & Coding. She has started 4 practices over the years but decided to move on to play an Operations Role in order to spend more time with their girls and attending their activities in their school years. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, interval training, playing cards and snuggling with her husband and their two dogs.
Josh Forbes, DC |
Chiropractor
Dr. Forbes is a graduate of Parker University in Dallas, Tx. He has 13 years of experience treating patients in North Texas. As a chiropractor, Dr. Forbes’ expertise spans from the biomechanics of the body, functional body movements, nutrition, and sports performance. He understands that the human body, while resilient, sometimes needs a little help to meet its optimal level. Through active, multi-discipline treatments, patients can achieve and maintain longer lasting results and overall better care. Understanding the importance of form and core strength, he integrates different aspects of manual therapy, rehab, and exercise into a treatment plan designed specifically for the patient in need.
When away from the office, Dr. Forbes enjoys spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing, and kayaking as well as enjoying time with his wonderful wife Crystal and their daughter Emmerson.

Nurse Practitioner
Stacey is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. She completed her Associates of Science in Nursing at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa and then earned her Master of Science degree at Graceland University in Springfield, Missouri. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Stacey has twelve years experience as a nurse prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. She has spent the majority of her nursing career in the emergency room and clinic settings. She enjoys running, golfing and spending time with her husband and their 4 children.

Physical Therapist
Cassie joins the Rockport Physical Medicine team bringing 20 years of experience in delivering quality, compassionate, and individualized care to our team. Cassie attended Angelo State University from 1997 to 2003 graduating with a Master in Physical Therapy. She has experience in a wide variety of settings including inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient therapy. Cassie is a certified clinical instructor along with advanced training and certifications in dry needling and functional core strength training. She and her family have lived in Rockport for 4 years with 2 children being graduates of RFHS and one a Freshman this year at RFHS. Outside of the clinic, Cassie enjoys photography, supporting Rockport sports teams, fishing, and a good book relaxing on our blue wave beach.

Katharine McNamara, DO is the Medical Director at Rockport Physical Medicine PA. Dr. McNamara graduated from Texas State University in 2005 with her bachelors in Biology, subsequently attending UT Health Science Center in Houston where she received her Masters in Cardiovascular Biology-emphasis on Stem Cells. She obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in 2012. Dr. McNamara did her post graduate training and specialization at the Christus Spohn Family Medicine Residency Program. Besides her role as the Medical Director of Rockport Physical Medicine PA, Dr. McNamara has a Family Practice at Internal Medicine Associates in Rockport, TX. In her spare time, Dr. McNamara enjoys traveling, various outdoor activities and, most of all, spending time with her husband, their beautiful daughter, two sons and family.

Morgan Barrera is our Operations Manager who helps insure all procedures in our office run swiftly and smoothly as well as managing our Billing Department. Morgan has over 21 years experience with insurance billing and chiropractic/medical office services and management She lives in Rockport with her husband and their 2 boys. She enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with her family.

Office Manager
Niccolette graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with focuses in Biology, Humanities, and Ethics. She grew up in Rockport and now lives here with her husband and 3 kids. She has been in the medical field for 8 years and has worked in the chiropractic field for over 3 years. Her passion has always been to help people in the best way the she can. When not at work, she spends most of her time hanging out with her family and enjoying the occasional fishing trips with her husband.

Elizabeth, a small-town girl hailing from Rockport, Texas, brings over a decade of experience in the chiropractic and medical fields. Her passion for patient care knows no bounds. Residing in Portland, Texas, with her husband and three beautiful children, Elizabeth finds joy in supporting her favorite team, the Golden State Warriors, attending sporting events, exploring new destinations, and honing her culinary skills in her leisure time.

Beck was born and raised in Michigan, but now Texas is her home. She is a medical Assistant and has been in the medical field since 2010. She is very passionate about her career and patient care. She is very excited to be working with such an amazing team. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, paddle boarding, and crocheting blankets for special people in her life.

Adrianna was born in Riverside California, from there she moved and lived in Indiana, and then to Texas where it officially became her home. She graduated from Gregory-Portland High School in 2015. From there she joined the United Stated Navy Reserves. Adrianna has been in for 8 years now and has recently reenlisted for 4 more years. She loves her military career, along with working at Hawkins Chiropractic and is blessed to be around a healthy work environment. She loves traveling, experiencing new things and new beginnings. More than anything, she loves being around her supportive family and friends.

Javonni is a dedicated Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Assistant at Rockport Physical Medicine. Born and raised in Rockport, Texas, and a proud graduate of Rockport-Fulton High School, she has a deep passion for the medical field and is incredibly grateful to be providing care to her hometown community.
In her free time, Javonni enjoys working out, weight training, and spending quality time with her furry friends, family, and friends.

Denise is a Physical Therapist Technician and has been in the medical field for two years. She graduated from Southern Careers Institute in Corpus Christi, TX certified as a biller and coder. She absolutely loves caring and promoting wellness to her patients. On her off time, she enjoys 5k runs, bay fishing, attending concerts, and most importantly family time.

Crystal is a passionate Marketing Director for Rockport Physical Medicine. She loves to travel and explore new places. She is grateful to have found her forever home here in Rockport, where she can raise her daughter and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. When Crystal isn’t crafting dynamic campaigns, she enjoys fishing, exploring, and photography—something she’s been doing for 15 years. She is Excited to be a part of this incredible community!
